Absolutely, we offer DIY kits meaning that we can help design what you’re looking for and have all the material delivered directly to your property. We can do as little or as much as you want. It’s most common to do everything up to the roof and clients will tend to do the siding themselves.

It depends upon the uniqueness of your design; the whole structure, windows, doors, wainscoting, concrete, insulation, etc. We strive to give the most competitive and accurate quote within 48 hours and proposal within a week.
Due to profit margins being very small and cost of material it can be difficult to hold quotes for a lengthy period of time. The quotes are only good for 30 days. If you need to delay your purchase or build we can offer a reestimate when the time is right for you.
Wainscoting is a different colored section that is approximately three feet on the lower portion of the building's wall. The wainscot can enhance the appearance of your building dramatically. We take payments through personal or cashier checks. We also offer milestone payments which are dependent upon the individual structure and what all is included in the package.
Commonly milestone payments are broken down into the down payment, material ordering, breaking ground, concrete preparation, garage door delivery, and final completion. We do not currently offer financing options.
Absolutely, concrete can be completed at your own convenience. We do offer concrete to be part of your custom build if you desire.
Yes, our standard windows are a 5 by 3 slider with double paned, U-factor of 0.3.
There is no need for windows at all. It differs largely from each building depending upon individual preference and functionality of the structure. In general we see most customers having at least two windows but you can add more or less if you would like.
Yes we do, this can be included in your estimate as we work with one of our subcontractors to achieve this.
Overhead doors can be ordered in a variety of colors however our most economic commercial doors come in white. Man doors are a standard white as well but can be painted if desired.
